ok every year Madden an Ncaa Football come out with a new game an I buy both an every year Im always disapointed in one of them this year it was madden 09 for all the hype in a game did'nt achieve basically anything I think all it did was make the presentation better and if you are new to madden it helped you out alot but what about the people who are hardcore madden players!!! This year in madden it basically should me computer can do everything for you! espeically on DEFENSE!!! but its whatever but now when I look at Ncaa Football 09 I was blown away! 1st I loved the gameplay! and they brought online dynasties in the game!I fell in love with that feature! even though its so hard to go far in a dynasty for everyone retires it or stops playing it but, the game still kicks a** there are some little things that make it bad like the defensive A.I. and SPEED!!! but hey no game is ever perfect! so into conclusion I don't kno which game to buy this year Ncaa or Madden for Im not gonna waste my money on both so yea plz reply and thank for reading!!!

Buy madden...But In my opinion there are a few things you can do before you make the big decision.

1.you can rent the games before you buy them
2.you can play the demo's
3.you can wait for the reviews and gameplay vids to make your decision
4.wait for your friends to buy them and play them at there house

Thats what i recommend if your not sure. There was a thread comparing the shear number of little things that will make such a difference that are in madden 10 that wasn't in madden 09. Trust me buy madden.
